American Ninja Warrior lowers the age limit to 19 years old

Starting with Season 10, in spring of 2018, athletes as young as 19 years old will now be able to compete on American Ninja Warrior!

This news was announced by A Deign & Co, the company responsible for the casting & production of the show. Previously, athletes had to be 21 years old to run the course.

Season 10 applications are currently open until January 2nd, and the casting page is updated to show the new age limit.
