Housed within River2RIver Fitness @crossfitpaducah , R2R Ninja is a specialty program offered to enhance the overall fitness of children and adults in western Kentucky by using obstacles and other fitness methods.
R2R Ninja offers many of the staple obstacles from the hit TV show: 14ft’ warped wall, devil steps, ring toss, quintuple steps, slackline, double salmon ladder and a peg board to name a few.
We have our very own veteran ANW competitor Nicole Martinez, she competed in Kansas City on American Ninja Warrior season 7 and has traveled to a variety of ninja gyms across america competing in competitions and training.
