Power Up OCT is a training facility for obstacle course racing and functional training. While we specialize in obstacle training, we strive to help everyone reach their fitness goals. We can help you become the best you possible. Whether you are preparing for your first obstacle race, want to improve your skills for the next race or you simply want to get fit, we have what you need. Our specialized equipment includes rigs with monkey bars, rings, cargo nets, salmon ladders, rope climbs and devil steps. There are sand bags and buckets to carry and tires to flip. We have many of the obstacles that you will find at Spartan Races like Olympus, Z-Wall, 8-foot wall, and Twister. We also provide an area with power racks and weights for those who prefer a more traditional way of working out.
