Leap Parkour was started in 2003 and has been a beacon of fitness and discipline through Parkour for years. It was founded by 30 year adaptive movement veteran David Cruz. This facility teaches students to move through any given environment using efficient movement. The academy’s commitment to development through progression is unmatched in Georgia. Formally known as KSG Parkour it has provided services such as American Ninja Warrior training, GPB educational films, tv shows and speed course training for ROTC and sports teams such as the Gwinnett girls soccer team and Lanier canoe and kayak team. This academy sets clear goals for each student allowing them the opportunity to move up and and in special cases eventually become coaches.
