Ninja Gym Description, Obstacle List, Class Schedule, and more

We now have an Obstacle Training program inspired by the TV show American Ninja Warrior.

We have classes for ages 5 through adults. Participants work on a variety of obstacles, exercises, techniques and drills to improve strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination, and have lots of FUN!
