Our electronically-timed course begins with running jumps between quintuplet steps, up the salmon ladder, across the box jump, over the foam pit along various swinging elements, down the cargo net, and finishing with a steep run up the warped wall to hit the buzzer to stop your time! Sounds fun doesn’t it? The skills from climbing translate well to the Ninja course making it a natural complement, but it’s also a great way to train for obstacle, mud and spartan events. Our course makes you feel like a kid again, but there’s some serious fitness involved. Aspire Climbing will be the first gym in Canada with an electronically timed, aluminum trussed Ninja Warrior Course with interchangeable swinging elements, just like the TV show.
