We’ve built our gym around the principle that exercise should be fun and bring friends/family closer together.

Come alone or with the entire family to experience all that Apex has to offer. Try your hand at our Warped Wall and other Ninja Warrior inspired obstacles or see if you have what it takes to top-out in our expansive climbing area. Don’t forget to join us for yoga practice to further improve your mobility, flexibility, and strength.
