David Yarter has competed in three seasons of American Ninja Warrior since his debut during Season Seven. When David Yarter competed alongside his father, Lance Yarter, they set a first for the show when they both qualified for the City Finals, making them the first father-son duo to qualify. David Yarter went on to compete in the Vegas Finals and cleared Stage One as well. David Yarter has also competed on Ninja vs. Ninja Season Two, as part of the team The Wings, and Season Three, as part of Team Alpha.
