The State Games of Oregon Ninja Challenge is a American Ninja Warrior Style Obstacles with obstacles similar to the show including a buzzer to hit if you should defeat the course. Participants won’t know exactly what the course will be until the day of event just like the athletes on the show!
Athletes will have ONE run at their age-appropriate course, each course having 7-15 obstacles. Each obstacle counts as 1pt upon completion and each run is timed. Athletes are allowed one failed obstacle but must re-attempt. Successfully completing the course with no failures = 1 bonus point. Ranking is scored by most points earned in the shortest time and each run has a 5 min cap.
Ninja was created by the community of athletes who wish to train and compete on the hit TV show American Ninja Warrior on NBC. It has developed into a full-on sport, with individuals and teams competing all over the country. The sport combines different elements ranging from balance obstacles to upper body gauntlets, and requires great mind-body awareness. Kids and adults physical and mental endurance will be put to the test on the course in a fun and challenging environment. Compete in the State Games of Oregon Ninja Challenge and test your skills!
