This is a single stage compeition. The format for the finals competition will be announced closer to time.
Each obstacle is worth a certain number of (undisclosed) points. Certain combinations of obstacles get multipliers. If more than one athlete completes all the obstacles the tie breaker will be time.
Athletes will be quarantined while other athletes run so they do not see any other ninjas attempting the course. Course runs will be live-streamed on Twitch
