Ninja Gym Description, Obstacle List, Class Schedule, and more

We are a small gym but dedicate half our square footage about 1,800sqft to OCR training. We have warped walls, Salmon ladder, tires, sandbags, kettlebells, Atlas Stones (coming soon), and our signature piece the Move Strong Arch Bridge training rig. We are located only 15 minutes from the location for the Mud Ninja.
