DESCRIPTION:The course will have somewhere between 10-20 obstacles\, which will test a variety of skills (Balance\, coordination\, Grip strength\, Grip endurance\, and upper body power). You will not have the opportunity to practice ahead of time\, even during an open gym. If you have already qualified\, and compete again\, the qualifying spot at future events roll to the next participant who has yet to qualify if necessary. \nOpen gyms may be available\, however\, there can be no indication of how the course will be configured the day of the competition. \nWhen the following age groups (Pro\, Adult 18+\, and Masters 40+) fail a course their run will be over. They will not be allowed to continue on the course. When other age groups (Kids 6-8\, Mature Kids 9-10\, Preteens 11-12\, Teens 13-14) fail a course or obstacle\, gyms will be required allow athletes an opportunity to finish the course or run as many obstacles as they can in the allotted time. Gyms have the option to choose whether to allow Young Adults (15-17) to complete the course or not. \nSpectators are encouraged\, check with the gym to find out pricing. \nThe goal of the National Ninja League is to promote the sport of Ninja obstacle courses across America. We are helping to provide an opportunity for all ages to get more involved in the rapidly growing sport!
